It was mission accomplished for University as the 1s, 3s and 4s all made their way into this weekend's Premier Cricket semi-finals.
The star performers for the club were Brendan Joseland (pictured) with 94 and 3/33, Terence Dixon 129, Pat O’Beirne 103 not out, Brett Harrop 4/36, Antony Keely 71, Jarrod Leggett 68, Reid Merriman 3/22, Daniel Hibbert 3/28 and Hew Gerrard 3/50.
With grand final spots up for grabs this Saturday and Sunday, the 1s will play St Kilda at the Junction Oval, the 3s play Camberwell at Princes Park and the 4s play Melbourne at Uni Main.
The hours of play are 11am to 6pm. The players would like to thank all the 2nds and 5ths and other members and past players for their support last weekend and at training during the week.
